We always want our customers to receive the best quality of service possible. Therefore, we offer a premium home delivery and setup service. By using this service, you know you and your bike will get the best start possible, and unlike normal delivery options offered by others, one of our shop staff will personally deliver your new bike fully set up and ready to ride. This means you can say good bye to the un-boxing and putting together and say hello to getting straight on your bike and having fun.
When we deliver your bike, we will spend the time with you to make sure your seat and handlebars are properly adjusted for you, and you know how to work the bike along with any accessories. This is especially important with E-bikes! Knowing how to properly care for your battery will give you lots more miles and save you unnecessary expense. At the same time, we can demonstrate and explain how the on-board control unit and assistance level works so you know you’re getting the best from your new bike.
Put simply, you will get the same first class service you would expect at one of our shops but in the comfort of your own home and at a time that is convenient for you.

How do I book a premium home delivery service when buying a bike?
All bikes that are eligible for home delivery will have a star buy delivery option attached to the bike when viewing it in our catalogue. If you wish to use the delivery option, you need to add the star buy delivery product to you shopping basket as well as the bike you are buying. Then purchase the bike and delivery product through our Click & Collect online payment system. When we receive your order, we will be notified that you have asked for our premium delivery option and we will be in contact with you.
How much does premium home delivery cost?
The cost of the home delivery depends on the value of bike you are buying. Prices normally range from as little as 1p up to around £60. Any bike that is eligible for this service will have the star product attached with the qualifying price for that bike.
Where do you deliver to?
We hand deliver within a 30-mile radius of our two Oxford shops. Please check that your post code is listed in the below postcode list. If you do not see your postcode listed then it is likely that we do not deliver to your area. If you are unsure then please contact us.

What happens after I have ordered my bike?
Once you have placed your bike order along with the star buy delivery option we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. We will do our best to fit In and around you where we can. We can only deliver within shop opening hours and our delivery van can get very busy so please bear this in mind.
What happens if want to change my delivery to free Click and Collect?
If you change your mind and would rather pick your bike up from one of our stores after you have already paid for delivery then please contact the store as soon as possible so we can update your account.
Please note: if you have already booked a delivery slot with us, then the delivery can only be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before your delivery date and time. If you wish to cancel or amend a delivery time and date within 24 hours of the original booking we may not be able to refund your delivery cost or charges may apply. What if I need to bring my bike back to the store.
We can only offer a delivery service and unfortunately are unable to offer a pick-up collection service. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the bike to one of our shops if it requires maintenance. If you have a warranty issue then please read our returns policy in our T&C's.
