Returns Policy
If you have received a product from us that is either faulty or unwanted please first contact us before returning the item. ALL unwanted goods must be returned with a copy of the original receipt, original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you are unhappy with your item then we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE that this does not apply to bikes and helmets. If you decide that you are not happy with your new bike after you have picked it up or taken delivery then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We advise customers to take as much time as they need to make sure that they buy the correct bike and we have many bikes available for test ride to help in reaching the right decision. We do NOT offer a fault-free refund option on bikes.
If you have received discounted goods as part of a sales package we will only be able to offer a refund if ALL the goods are received in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to replace a component of an order should that prove to be faulty.
Postage refunds, Warranty faults
All our products are from official suppliers and are covered by their respective manufacturers UK warranty. We will refund or replace any faulty goods, but only after we have had chance to examine them to verify that they are faulty. After first contacting us to obtain a returns code, please return the goods using a budget delivery service – Royal Mail, or Royal Mail signed-for on expensive items. Once we have established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge and will refund the return postage.
